You will receive an order confirmation email a few minutes after you place your order. Please check your junk or spam folders if it does not appear in your inbox. Please review the order confirmation and contact us here if you see any errors. You can also review the details of your order from your account, under Order History. 

Order status and cancellation

You can verify the status of your order at any time from your  account, under Order History. 

Please note that we ask for a standard processing time of up to two business days (not including weekends or holidays) from the time your order is placed. A ‘Processing’ status means that your order has not yet been shipped. You can request an order cancellation during this ‘Processing’ status. Your order will be on hold until our Customer Care team can review your request.


You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped.




All deliveries will be made between 07:00 and 21:00 Monday – Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

Orders within EU will be delivered within 10 days.

All orders outside the EU will by delivered within 15 days.

Delivery may be delayed by local customs because of this but unfortunately this is out of our control.[/vc_column_text][/vc_tab][vc_tab title=”Payments” tab_id=”1430388440054-2-8″][vc_column_text]Payments

We currently accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, DinersClub, Maestro and PayPal.

Upon receiving your order, we carry out a standard pre-authorisation on your payment method to ensure there are sufficient funds to fulfill the transaction. We will only charge the pre-authorisation when the order is packed and ready for shipment. If the billing information is incorrect or incomplete, we may contact you for confirmation before your order is shipped.

International duties and taxes

Orders shipped outside of the EU may be subject to duties or VAT. Please consult your local customs agency for more information. If applicable, you will be required to pay such fees upon receiving your order.
